Rental Agreement: By renting scaffolding materials from ACME , the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Purchase Order Requirement: All rental material must be accompanied by a valid purchase order issued by the customer ACME reserves the right to refuse rental services without a purchase order.
Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date of equipment delivered and ends on one month from the delivered date . Any extension requires prior approval.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the return of undamaged equipment. Deductions may occur for repairs or replacement of damaged items. Transportation charge should bear by the Customer
Maintenance and Repairs: Customers are responsible for maintaining rented equipment in good condition. ACME Rentals will handle repairs due to normal wear and tear.
Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold ACME Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment
Safety Responsibilities: Customers must use rented equipment in accordance with safety regulations. ACME is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use. Customers are responsible for inspecting rented equipment upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
